Delivery Policy for Tents For Rent, Inc.
Our rates do not include delivery costs. Delivery will be provided upon request at additional charges. Rates vary by zip code. Drop off and pickup times should be confirmed to avoid delays and unavoidable additional charges. If you have a event that gets cancelled or re-scheduled, we will be happy to change the delivery/pick-up date.
Missing, Damaged or Dirty Equipment:
The customer is responsible for all equipment rented from the time of pick-up/delivery, until the time of return/pick-up. Before pick-up/delivery, all items are checked & counted. These same items should be checked & counted when received by the customer, & any discrepancies reported to Tents For Rent, Inc. immediately. All items are checked & counted when returned/picked-up by us.*
*Please return all equipment clean, free of food & debris, dry & in the same condition as received. Equipment which is missing, or returned in poor condition (damaged, broken or dirty) will be subject to additional fees, i.e., cleaning fee of up to 100% of the Rental Rate, full cost of repair, or full replacement cost.
Delivery & Pick-up:
Normal delivery does not include set-up or breakdown of tables & chairs. If this service is desired, arrangements & payment must be made in advance. If prior arrangements & payment have not been made, tables & chairs must be properly cleaned, folded & stacked neatly prior to pick-up, or additional charges will be assessed.
Normal Deliveries and pick-ups are to the nearest place our delivery vehicle can reach. Normal Deliveries are made to ground level only. Special requirements, set-up or take-down are available at an additional charge.
